The Cayuga Nature Center cultivates an awareness, appreciation, and responsibility for the natural world through outdoor and environmental education. The Nature Center provides an opportunity for nature enthusiasts of all ages to learn about environmental and outdoor education in a fun and engaging way, via exhibits, trails, gardens, the live animal collection and numerous events and programs, including one oldest and most revered summer camp programs in the region. The Nature Center is a premier educational center for teaching and learning about the impact of climate change on the fauna and flora of Tompkins County. Coming in the Summer of 2018: our new "Cayuga Lake Past and Present" aquarium experience.
