Our annual family-centered Fossil Mania event celebrates fossils, and this year we are focusing on late Cretaceous Fossils and environments, especially the Quetzalcoatlus, T. rex skull, and our amazing heteromorph fossil. Come join us for a scavenger hunt, activities, and fossil identification. This event is held each year to coincide with the National Park Service’s National Fossil Day, which is an annual celebration held to highlight the scientific and educational value of paleontology and the importance of preserving fossils for future generations.
